About Me

Welcome to My Fitness Philosophy
Hi! I’m thrilled to share my journey with you. As a passionate fitness coach, my mission is to empower elderly individuals to lead active, healthy lives. I graduated from Taft High School, where my love for sports flourished through basketball and boxing. These experiences shaped my understanding of physical fitness and its benefits.
A Growing Passion for Senior Fitness
After attending some college at Pierce in Woodland Hills, I moved to beautiful Monterey, California, at the age of 24. It was here that I found my true calling: working with seniors. Since starting my first senior fitness client in 2016 and launching my inaugural group class in 2017, I’ve dedicated my career to enhancing the lives of elderly individuals through fitness programs focused on fall prevention and mobility improvement.
A Legacy of Care and Support
Being the son of two physical therapists, I grew up understanding the immense value of physical health. Their influence helped shape my approach to fitness. I am also a proud father of two, which motivates me to create a robust and supportive environment for my clients. My journey through various team sports allows me to develop tailored programs that are both enjoyable and effective, ensuring that my clients feel supported every step of the way.
Join me on this exciting journey towards improved health and well-being for our elderly community, where we can move forward with confidence and resilience!
